Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Australia from Melbourne, Victoria. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
In-stock orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day. Larger orders or particularly busy periods may occasionally require additional processing time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information. Use the tracking link in that email to follow your delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the carrier service. Once your order has been dispatched, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation for the latest delivery estimate.
Delivery time is separate from our order processing time, which is generally within 1 business day for in-stock orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, the available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Can I pick up my order in Melbourne?
Yes. Local pickup is available from Wantirna, Victoria by appointment. Please wait until your order has been confirmed as ready before arranging collection.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the destination and order. Send us your country, delivery location, products and quantities and we'll check the available options and provide a shipping quote.
