Brass Handles is an Australian-based online retailer specialising in cabinet hardware, including cabinet handles, knobs, lip pulls and related products.

Our products are intended for use in applications including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, furniture and custom joinery.

We sell to both individual customers and trade customers.

You must provide accurate and current information when placing an order, including your contact, billing and delivery details.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, photographs, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Because products are viewed on different screens and devices, colours and finishes may appear slightly different from their appearance in person.

Natural materials and metal finishes may also show minor variations between individual pieces.

Solid brass and certain finishes may naturally develop a patina or change in appearance over time through handling, exposure to air, moisture and the surrounding environment. This is a natural characteristic of the material and is not necessarily a product defect.

Where replacing existing cabinet hardware, customers should confirm that the hole-centre measurement matches the existing drilling before ordering.

However, the appearance of finishes may vary depending on lighting conditions, photography, screen brightness, colour calibration and the device being used.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Australia using the delivery services made available during checkout.

Delivery times shown on our website or provided by a carrier are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action or other transport disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a parcel is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel is resent.

9. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is offered, collection is available by appointment only and subject to the pickup instructions provided with your order.

Customers should not attend the collection location without prior confirmation.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect measurement, incorrect drilling, overtightening, unsuitable installation methods or installation on unsuitable materials, except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Screws and Fixings

Where mounting screws are supplied with a product, they are intended to suit common cabinet applications.

Cabinet and drawer-front thicknesses vary, and the supplied screws may not be suitable for every installation.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the screw length and type are appropriate before installation.

Alternative or longer screws may be required depending on the application.
